"Our stay was excellent in every way. Not only did the suite exceed our expectations, but the amenities did as well. The pool, sauna and rouladen blinds led up to the most restful sleep, which we needed. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast - delightful. I highly recommend Agave in Città as the best place to start and each day of your vacation. "

"Well, on the positive side - the hotel is new, especially the bathroom. Big walk-in shower - no phone booth - and it has a closing door. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very clean. It is well located in Livorno - close to everything. It is also very quiet from street noise, a hard thing to say is always the case in Italy."

"I was a bit disappointed with the property as I found it quite simple and not nicely furnished. The week before I spent the same amount of money per night in a double room with a private bathroom at a 3* hotel at Lago di Como including a full service breakfast. Afterwards I stayed at private studio that was carefully decorated and had a kitchenette fir the same price. At La Magnolia the furniture was plain snd outdated. It appeared as if the owners had reused their children’s furniture from the...

"La stanza carina e pulita. La posizione vicino al mare. Ma l'insonorizzazione inesistente. Si sente tutto, la gente che parla nelle altre stanze, nel corridoio, nella hall. Ho sentito gente andare in su e in giù . All'una di notte una coppia che urlava. Io mi chiedo se c'è tutto questo caos il 31 gennaio che ci sarà a luglio???"

"This hotel has the best bedrooms I’ve ever stayed in a hotel. They were huge with every facility required, fridge, hairdryer, toiletries etc. The reception and restaurant staff at the hotel were brilliant, friendly, helpful and attentive. We ate evening meal a couple of times and the food is really good and good value. Could not fault the place."
