"The staff was great "

"We were here for a Reds game, we live about 40miles away but decided to make a weekend of it. Had a great time this is our first time staying here. The price is higher than the other hotels in the area. And you're not getting anything more than you can get from the surrounding hotels. It is a slight bit more convenient but that is about it. The hotel itself is nice and clean the staff was nice and valet was fast."

"The Hotel is quite interesting in it's layout. Having artwork available was refreshing. The building itself needs updating: carpets/walls etc. The beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful. We had a great breakfast at the Metropole ( connected ) and would eat there again. The parking was very inconvenient and expensive. I would not do that again"

"The sat was great, the evening staff, Sunny was a delight. He was very pleasant and apologetic with the group that was in the lobby and made sure our room was away from their floor. Pool was great; the outdoor backyard looks inviting with grills and tables but couldn’t use it because of the said group. Breakfast was decent and everyone there was super helpful when I forgot my jacket in the room. "
