"The best amenities I can say about this hotel is the bed. I agree with the others and I have to say the bed is comfortable. The pillows were mixed some were firm and some were soft. The channels were also pretty decent. The downsize was it did look outdated and it also had the tub clogged when you shower and drain system went down slow. We also saw a cockroach in our last night and that’s why I gave it a 3 star overall. The staff was amazing! Friendly and helpful. Also the remote control did not work for the bigger tv. This hotel needs major renovations in order to have customers want to come back. If you stay for one night maybe two it works as it’s 6-7 minute drive from the airport. But would consider elsewhere. "

"Extended stay hotel . Given 2 keys only one worked even after going back to main desk .Roaches , no WiFi conveniently no website or paper documentation of $100 deposit . Rooms numbered in odd and even along building no clear direction , no ice machines , no blankets on beds . To top it off smoke detectors on campus went off at 549am then off about 10min later . No announcements or communication from desk.Went to check out at 7am met another guest in the lobby making coffee and he stated that when he arrived he saw no hotel staff on grounds . Only a dish was sitting there on the counter to collect room keys . Now what kinda process is that ? What’s keeping someone from taking my key and damaging my room after I leave ? And then I get charged that $100 deposit !!?? Terrible policy !"

"I’ll start with the positives: the bed linens were crisp and clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. The shower was clean. Water was hot. Otherwise, this place is in rough shape. It looks fine from the outside, but inside everything feels dated and run down. Dirty carpets in common areas, pot smoke smell in the hallway, stale tobacco smell and sticky carpets in the room, toilet bowl hadn’t been scrubbed, no towel racks to dry used towels, towels had hair on them. Brown splatter on the wall and baseboard in the bathroom. Terrible lighting: lamps that didn’t work, harsh fluorescent light in the bathroom, bed lamps held together with black electrical tape. Pool full of brown water. Tried to get M&Ms from vending machine and the package was soggy with condensation - drinks and snacks are all in the same machine. The overall vibe here is “we don’t care,” as if management has just given up. Family members stayed here years ago and it was a nice place, but things have clearly changed. We saw several other guests complaining at the front desk about various things, and some even said they were checking out and requested a refund. We stuck it out since we were only there for 2 nights and didn’t spend much time in the hotel, but we will never stay here again. I’d recommend that people spend a little extra money if they can and head to the Residence Inn or Courtyard Marriott just a few doors down. You’ll be glad you did."

"The front desk staff was amazing, the hotel needs to be remodel. The housekeeping staff isnt cleaning the rooms, one of my rooms i had trash and dead bugs behind the bed. My second room had stains on the mattress cover and pillow protector. "
