"We have great memories of this hotel. But for one thing, we stayed in a room with a door connected to the next room. The people in the next room that was connected to the door interrupted our sleep by laughing and talking loudly until 2 a.m. How loud the sound was, it seemed to be in the same space. And for two days... The hotel will have to find a good way for other customers. Otherwise, it will give other customers a sleepless night. Everything was good except that."

"My husband travels often for business, and sometimes appointments get moved around unexpectedly. When that happens, he needs a comfortable place to land early, and the ladies at the front desk were incredibly accommodating with an early check-in. This hotel is perfect for business travelers—centrally located, comfortable, and convenient. His room even had a beautiful mountain view. On top of that, his dining experience was 10/10. We will definitely be booking here again!"

"Saw a bedbug in the bathroom. The building smells a little mildewy and is rundown. Definitely pass on this one. "

"The property was quite nice but I had a kitchen suite ut the front desk had no utensils, pans or anything to use apart from one spoon and a cup. Bring your own kitchen gadgets if you're planning on using the kitchen"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was lovely. The restaurant seemed understaffed but our waiter on both nights, same gentleman, was terrific. He was running on Friday night, the night I had 3 young grandsons with me. I felt for him. I wish he had help."

"We enjoyed a lovely stay at the Lafayette Hotel and Spa. The hotel and its grounds are truly lovely and their staff (shout out to Terrance at the front desk!) is amazing. Their onsite restaurant, The Park Bistro and Bar”, is fantastic as well. The food was very well prepared and beautifully presented. We look forward to returning to Lafayette Park Hotel on our next visit to the area. Thank you!"

"Positives: The location was perfect for us. It was an easy to walk to downtown Walnut Creek where there are lots of restaurants to choose from. Freeway access was very easy. The room was clean and the property well kept. Negatives: The valet parking charge of $35+taxes per night was excessive. There was no other option for onsite parking, so it’s pretty much a mandatory fee. The mattress was too firm for my liking. I tossed and turned all night. All in all I’d stay here again and recommend it...
