"Manager and staff were welcoming, accommodating, and kind. Loved the amenities and featured glass artists throughout the hotel and enjoyed dinner at bite, the hotel restaurant - the food was delicious, service attentive and friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean and the view of Mt Rainier was impeccable. The bed/pillows were remarkably comfortable and I had a lovely night's sleep. Looking forward to my next stay!"

"I would absolutely stay again. Front desk and manager so helpful with an Expedia issue. Spacious room. Nice breakfast buffet and the gal taking care of that was so helpful and kind. Wonderful stay, wonderful staff."

"Cute property from the outside. Staff was friendly and there were cookies and coffee on arrival. The rooms are older looking and moderately clean. Typical continental breakfast included with stay. About a 5 min drive to the restaurants and shops by the water."

"Hotel was clean but located directly across from a Methadone clinic so many homeless addicts wandering around nearby. AC didn’t work the 3 nights we stayed and front desk staff obviously didn’t want to deal with it so they put a post it note on the back of the monitor at the front desk that read ‘AC not working sorry’. Breakfast was ok. Nice facility just really scary neighborhood so beware. Parking was locked underground so that is a plus because your car wouldn’t be safe outside."

"Wonderful location. Very quiet, great view, clean and well looked-after rooms. My only complaint was that there was NO hot water (3 nights, no hot water at all. Might have been bad luck on my part)."

"Had a nice stay. Only negative was the pool is shut down without notice online which is why we chose this location for the kids. However the staff did compensate us with free parking for the inconveniences."

"The staff was exceptionally accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were within walking distance of all sorts of food options. There was also an onsite restaurant. One small negative was that Expedias site said there was free secure onsite parking, the secure parking cost $20 a night. Otherwise it was wonderful."

"Frustrating having a fridge for left overs, but no micro to warm them when you wanted them Only restaurant with decent food was Puyallup cafe. We were told when we checked in the hat tacis were always waiting downstairs. We were given 4 different directions to find them. No taxi. Security called twice and a taxi after an hour just showed up to hopefully be needed. The call was never activated. After waiting an hour we missed the wedding we're going to. Very funny ustrating"

"This was the worse hotel/motel I have ever stayed at. It was real noisy I got zero sleep prior to my 5 hour drive the next day. I was on the bottom floor and it sounded like somebody was jumping on the floor above me all night long,"

"Was a quick and simple over night trip. The property is brand new and very cute. Our room was a king suite and was set up very modern and we loved the style of it. We slept great. The only couple things I’d say is the water pressure is lacking there of and the kitchens have zero stock of anything so families that stay and need to heat up something on the stove top, you’d need to have brought your own pan and dishes but we didn’t require that. Look forward to visiting again"

"They had everything we needed pots pans, dishes, full size fridge and cupboard space up above and down below. They didn't have a cot, but other than that staff was really great and helpful, not rude and condesecending like the last couple places we stayed at 🙄 also it's cool that you use a key card to get into the parking area. "

"For the price its what I expected. Dated furnishings, a toilet valve that needed a little jiggling. They had a very limited continental breakfast. The location was a nice convenient suburban city. Great seaside park within a 5 min walk. Close to airport. Decent restaurants close by. I'd stay again but don't expect too much"
