"Very nice people"

"Stayed for two nights, tv wasn’t working the entire time, even after numerous requests for help. Ground floor has a lot of road traffic, rooms toward back were probably quieter. "

"We found a spiders in our room on three different days. The room had cobwebs. The room looked dusty. There was only 1 waitress/hostess during breakfast and she had terrible customer service. She did not offer us a seat, she almost forgot we were there. She didn’t check up on us. When we would call her to ask for more coffee and water she seemed bothered. We had to call her because she didn’t bother to check if we needed anything. We also found out as we were checking in that we had to pay $25...

"They have make to order omelets or you could do an egg scramble. Some days.It's sausage some days it's bacon, and potatoes. They have oatmeal,cereal options. Fresh fruit, muffins and pastries. Bread you could toast, bagels, milk juice, coffee. Pancakes some days or French toast sticks. They have complimentary alcoholic beverages each night.The pool is the warmest pool I have ever been in! I will say some of the rooms could use. Maybe a little updating, like there's some staining on the walls...

"Excellent value for the area. Property is secured but parking lot is not. Walkable to restaurants & shops, right now Milbrae Bart station. Room is comfortable with soft towels &a coffee machine, safe but surprised our standard room does not have a frig. (Only deluxe does) but front desk offered to keep our things & blue ice cold in their frig. It’s an easy in and out kind of inn, good for a short stay before an early flight. "

"The room was large, clean, and comfortable. We were worried about the heavy doors closing near us in our first floor room, but it was not a problem. We wish the airport shuttle ran earlier, but I don’t think any hotels run them much before 5 AM. The staff was very kind and helpful. The food at the bistro was adequate but not overly tasty. We were very glad it was available, however!"

"Wonderful breakfast! Restaurant on 4th floor- outstanding! The server actually took the time to make a few recommendations and it was not disappointing at all! A great one short stay at this hotel. Very convenient to the airport. By the way the cappuccino on 3rd floor was just top notch! I didn’t need a 2nd cup! "
