"We booked this hotel based on the reviews and pictures and we were pleasantly surprised by the location and room. Everything was clean and well laid out. The location was the most pleasant surprise as it has a little beach out back on this little lake with a nice walking path all the way around it. Can walk to a variety of restaurants as well, which was nice. Would definitely stay again for sure!"

"This unique hotel is brand new and the rooms are beautifully appointed. The only drawback is the lack of food available at the hotel. They offer a continental breakfast for a fee but that is the only food available right in the hotel. To dine you must go off site. The downtown area is not far and does offer some great choices."

"The hotel is clean, room was clean, comfortable beds. The breakfast had several hot and cold choices. We could take our dog and the room we were in didn’t have any pet odor from a previous pet. The hotel is so easy to find on I29and 41st St intersection. Would recommend for anyone needing a good place to stay for the price!"

"I stayed 3 nights. Clean, comfortable and Quiet. They have a washer and dryer. The vending machines were well accommodating. Front desk was very accommodating. I asked for an iron and they had it."
