"Breakfast was amazing: eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits and Gravey, ect. Didn't care for the pancake maker...I would go back to the waffle maker. Pancake were flat and kinda nasty. The terrible part: Rented an ADA room for 4 days. The shower was set up so that water was literally flowing out shower to the room hall headed for the door to the hotel hall. I had to get more towels just to mop up water. The shower needs a lip on the shower to keep water in. The shower head was a spray one but...

"The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds, nice kitchenette, and lots of lights. Staff Very friendly and courteous. Breakfast has a variety of options, served on real dishes. Only downside was waffle batter dispenser wasn’t working so an employee used her fingers ( not wearing gloves) to unplug it. I no longer wanted a waffle."

"My dad and I, along with 7 other guests, waited several minutes in an empty lobby waiting to get checked in. Eventually, two staff members arrive. Instead of apologizing they argued that everyone was exaggerating their wait time. Very unfriendly and rude. The hallways and elevators smelled horribly. The towels were stained, the fridges were leaking orange goo, and the counters and furniture were cracked and peeking. The blinds were broken and missing chunks"

"This particular property has been bought out by a management company that according to the staff has made a lot of changes. For instance, they are imposing a $70 deposit that is refundable as well as a $2 fee fee that the lady couldn’t tell me what it was for it was something that the new company has started. Once I finally got to my room, it was poorly maintained. The furniture was scrappy at best. I will provide pictures. There was a strong smell of bleach. The beds were poorly made the sheet...

"This is an older facility, but the room was extremely large. It was clean and had a nice kitchenette. It was minutes from the hospital and easy to go back and forth during the day. Nice staff."

"Sad and pitiful place to stay"

"I paid for a non-smoking room, and the smell of fresh cigarettes was terrible. But that wasn't the worst part; they gave me a FILTHY room. There were stains of personal fluids on the bed and pillows, a dirty refrigerator, and trash everywhere. When I complained, they didn't even apologize; they just gave me another room, and obviously, I couldn't sleep well or trust the cleaning. My body was itchy. The most disgusting experience I've ever had."
