"We found the hotel lacking a friendly & welcoming atmosphere. After paying $1050 a night for a room we expected a little more with amenities. A tiny square of soap bar left in the bathroom, one roll of one ply, toilet paper and a rug that was at the bathroom sink tattered and was not more than 2‘ x 14“. "Rooms were clean and comfortable"

"There was a stale carpet smell in our rooms and in the hallways when you get off the elevator. The ladies downstairs were very helpful at the front desk. They offered to change our rooms ( we booked 2 rooms) and they also came in with Lysol and sprayed."

"Room was not ready I upon arrival for 3 people as booked. Front desk said they would give an upgrade ( I had booked a junior suite) and they put me in a smaller room. I complained and moved rooms again. Troy who was the manager in charge was amazing and made sure all was set before he held including being able to order food which was not charged. Room first night was very noisy with an AC engine on all night with permanent noise. Windows are not sound proof. I had to move rooms next day. ...
