"Great location.... nice breakfast"

"The staff at the front desk when we were both checking in and out were nice and the whole lobby area was neat and clean. The room was very clean and appreciated that they provided makeup wipes in the bathroom also. We were in the area for a concert at the arena and this was a good place to stay outside of the city. Would stay here again and recommend it "

"We booked this hotel sight-unseen on Expedia, knowing nothing about the property. This was one of the most delightful surprises we've ever encountered while traveling. The decor was stunning, our room was huge, the restaurant was amazing- just everything about it was top notch. From the outside, it's a very unassuming building on a fairly nondescript street, but once you step inside, you're in a time machine that evokes the Gilded Age, in a really good way. "Unfriendly check-in, and the room wasn’t properly cleaned - there were old sheets and food in the pull out couch. However, the space was large, breakfast was good, and the location near the highway was convenient."

"Elevator not working, lobby bathroom out of service, hotel is dated and had what appeared to be old vacated vehicles in back parking lot. Trees in back had been trimmed & cut down and the debris was laying all over sidewalk and in the way of back entrance. Barking dog throughout night on 3rd floor."

"I was staying a week. My first room was not clean- bathroom was dirty in shower and sink had mold like black ring around rim and rug not vacuumed very well. I changed to a 2nd room and the sink was dirty and toilet was missing the seat tab and was dirty. Went back to front desk got a 3rd room where the toilet seat was broken and the closet door would not move open. I told the front desk and they sent maintenance to fix it. They fixed the seat but closet door was stuck to one side. I ended up...

"Our family is on a road trip from Ontario, Canada into Florida. This is the first time taking this route, through all new states. Right off the highway we found this hotel for a quick nights rest, booked online (third party) and within 30 minutes showed up to everything being prepared and ready for us. Beds were comfortable, pillows were great. Clean environment! Felt comfortable here for a great rate to bring our young kids in, "

"There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back.
