"the breakfast was good, staff were friendly, our room had a fridge in a cabinet that was hard to get to with my wheelchair, but everything else was nice and spacious. we had a nice wheelchair accessible shower. Also there was plenty close parking."

"The room was not updated and appeared to be in poor condition. There were loose tiles in the bathroom and an unidentified stain in the bathtub. The refrigerator emitted a very loud humming noise throughout the stay. Upon arrival, the first front desk employee was speaking loudly on a phone call through an earbud while assisting guests. "Great property Friendly staff"

"I didn't care for the Hotel at all!! The staff I dealt with were very rude! The area outside the hotel wasn't inviting and seemed a bit sketchy! The room smelled like old cigarettes, and to to it off, they let people know after checking in that Cincinnati water works has to shut the water off from 8a.m. To 12p.m. the following day. They didn't even compensate any monies or offer anything for the inconvenience. I will never stay there again, and I don't recommend anyone do!"
