"This is what appears to be a very new and modern Hampton Inn. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly. I learned that when we arrived that I had accidentally booked my stay to start a day later and I was very impressed with the staff person’s ability to quickly adapt and adjust for my error. We were able to stay in the same room for the duration and I simply had to rebook the room the next morning which only took a few minutes. The room was spotless and the beds were quite comfortable....

"Booked and paid for a room through Expedia using Visa Debit. I arrived at the hotel to check in and was refused the room because I did not have a credit card for the deposit. I did not cancel and I was not a no-show. I was standing at the front desk trying to use the room I had already paid for. No accommodation was provided, yet the full $197 charge was still processed. The situation was handled dismissively and with no meaningful effort to find a solution. Very poor experience."

"Clean, friendly good breakfast"

"If we had been aware that this property was under renovation we would not have booked it. Road repairs outside went on all night long with a lot of noise. My only positive remark is the staff was very pleasant."

"This hotel should be avoided. The rooms smell of smoke as if someone was smoking right be the vents. It is dirty and in an industrial area. There are people who live in this hotel and it has affected the quality of the building. Do not stay here."

"Great place to stay. Super reliable and lovely staff 👍"

"Very basic breakfast"

"Helpful staff, beautiful room, very clean and quiet."

"Close to td coliseum and nice rooms!"

"The most important details were good - a clean room and comfortable bed. The hallways were in need of a vacuum as there was paper on the floor when we checked in and still there when we checked out the next day. However the lobby, breakfast area and our room were clean. The shower took a long time to get hot water, but it did finally get hot. Breakfast had a decent number of options. We would stay here again."
