"The staff were so kind and always willing to help, especially the lovely Filipina woman that helped us check-in, whom I believe was named Ely. "The staff were amazing as they always are. However this time our stay was dissapointing at best. We had to switch rooms because 514 is where souls go to die. It's a darker room with limited lighting and not at all as nice as the other rooms on floors above it. Really needs more light and a room makeover. We had significant trouble with room service. 3 times they sent the wrong order. For the prices they charge, you would expect for them to get it right."

"I had a wonderful time staying at the W hotel in Memorial Day Weekend. The accommodations were spectacular, the staff were very friendly and professional. The restaurants were fantastic and delicious, I especially liked the Listening Bar. I came into town to see Bruno Mars concert (which was cancelled due to the torrential rain that poured that weekend); but I enjoyed my stay and meeting other people who were at the hotel.
