"The room was decently cleaned but in need of repair and upgrading. The floors and walls had holes, the toilet never stopped running and the AC did not work consistently despite someone having came up to “fix it”. Having a “two room” suite with one AC not working made the room incredibly hot. We stayed 4 nights and asked the room to be cleaned on the 2nd as they did not have regular cleaning, all that was done was emptying of garbages. "We had a fun stay at this accommodation. It was a perfect location to be in, close to downtown, amenities, Hwy 1 going to west or Banff. Kids and family had a fun time playing in the set up of the basement, with the games and rooms were decent size and clean. Host was easy to communicate with and all was ready when you check in. A+++"

Basic amenities like slippers and at least one complimentary water bottle are something even many small hotels provide nowadays."
