Perfekt läge! Dock svårt att se själva ingången till hotellet då det är ett kulturhus som inte får sätta upp stora skyltar, men ligger helt perfekt både från järnväg från flygplats (75 m från centralstation till vänster) och till Barcelonas uteliv med restauranger uteserveringar och kultur,

The two good things about the hotel is that it is 10 minutes to the Palermo airport and the restaurant on the ground floor is acceptable. The hotel room itself may be one step above a hostel. Just a flat sheet over a bare mattress with another flat sheet over that. With one very lumpy pillow. When I asked for another cover, I was given two very sketchy looking brown bedspreads. We were given to rough bath towels, and one hand towel. The elevator is an antique. And we couldn’t find the stairs. The elevator took his long is five minutes to arrive. And there are only the ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor is a restaurant in the first floor has rooms.

A good value hotel. The entrance and arrival was uninspiring but the room was spotless and the breakfast staff pleasant and helpful. Although the hotel is very close to the airport the taxi fare was €40. However, I would certainly stay again as a transit hotel.

It is near the airport which was about a 10min drive. Simple check out and spacious rooms. However, the room had some bugs, was dirty, and had trash his the closet. Additionally, we had to ask for toilet paper which the hotel seemed bothered to provide.

From the moment we walked in we were treated like family! Filippo was professional yet down to earth, cracking a joke or two as he checked us in. The entire staff was exceptional. The food in the restaurant was OUTSTANDING! If you’re looking for fancy-go elsewhere. This is a modest little older hotel in a quiet little town. Not expensive at all. It was enough for us! Would recommend.

Walking distance to the beach and Cinisi
My flight out of Palermo was cancelled and I couldn't get rebooked for two days. This turned into a positive thing because I spent two nights at Hotel Il Pirata and spent the extra days at the beach and exploring the quaint city of Cinisi.

Although I loved the fact that there was music in the dining area it went way too late. We were trying to go to sleep and the music was so loud we couldn’t do anything to block it out. The food was absolutely fabulous in the restaurant. Obviously this is the place to be on a Saturday night. Amenities were good and pretty basic and the place was clean

Much recommended
Only 10 minutes away from the airport and 200 metres from a nice beach. Modern, clean, spacious rooms with very helpful staff. Their restaurant is simply superb.

Sara was amazing and extremely helpful! The restaurant in the hotel was perfect and the food was delicious! The entire staff made you feel so comfortable. If I ever get back to Palermo I would definitely stay here again!

Je déconseille cet Hôtel qui bénéficie des clients qui arrivent tard ou partent tôt vers l'aéroport de Palerme mais qui n'est pas agréable. Tres bruyant, pas insonorisé, pas de possibilité de faire du sombre dans la chambre qui n'est pas très accueillante. Il fait aussi restaurant et a beaucoup de clients...y compris de grands repas...

Il Pirata is a quiet, clean, affordable little hotel over a great Italian Restaurant!! Great for an overnight stay in Palermo. 15 minutes from the airport, it is perfect for sleeping after a great meal downstairs. The staff is great, especially the young lady , who lived in Wisconsin. Her English saved the day. If you love fish and great portions do not miss this restaurant!

A Cinisi, a due passi dal mare
Non abbiamo sperimentato a fondo come sarebbe stato restare qualche altro giorno a Cinisi per via di un soggiorno molto veloce e mirato, non rilassantissimo e utile al disbrigo di impegni vari, ma questo hotel comunque è risultato davvero strategico e capace di offrire al suo interno anche un notevole servizio di ristorazione a base di pesce prevalentemente, dai prezzi abbordabili. Per chi necessiti di servizi di pensione completa o mezza, ritengo sia una struttura ideale, un pò spartana forse ma comunque very ok.

Etablissement très propres à 15 minutes de l'aéroport et accueillant les clients tardivement. Accueil très conviviale, repas tardif mais excellent comme le petit déjeuner. Situé à 200 mètres d'une belle plage de sable. Personnel vraiment à l'écoute et très agréable Merci

La combinazione Hotel/trattoria rende il pirata la giusta soluzione specialmente per chi ha necessità di avere per lavoro un soggiorno senza pensieri - Ambiente gradevole e titolari gentili e cordiali. Ottima la cucina (preferibilmente pesce) non posso che ritenermi ampiamente soddisfatto. Penso che diventero cliente abituale
