It was raining heavily the day we arrived, but she was waiting in the pouring rain for us. "I had an excellent experience with all the staff, checking in and out. I also left something very valuable behind and they went WAY out of their way to make sure I got it back. Their honesty and kindness is priceless! The location is great, just make sure you’re ready to trek up the steep hill with your luggage or pay for the luggage transport. The bed was pretty hard but that is typical in Europe/Italy. I would happily stay here again. "

"We only stayed one night at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and warm. They took the time to explain the details about the hotel and the village (Monterosso). They also explained getting around by train or boat to explore the villages. They were very knowledgeable. Should we come back to the region, we will definitely stay here again. Also they have great Julius Meinl coffee for anyone who likes good coffee!! As well, their dog, Elvis, is adorable! Thanks for everything!"
