"The hotel was extremely hot during our stay. The entire building felt overheated and there was no air conditioning available. When we asked the staff for help, we were simply told to open the windows for fresh air. Unfortunately this did not solve the problem and made the stay very uncomfortable."

"Terrible hotel. My mattress was old, and I ended up sleeping while sliding into a concave dip in the middle of it. The towels were awful. I requested the “to go” breakfast for 5 AM (as suggested by a sign at the reception), since I would be leaving before the hotel’s breakfast service started, but there was no breakfast box waiting for me. On top of that, the room’s light switches didn’t work properly and I had to sleep with the lights on. A total nightmare."
