"First time staying here and first time staying in the Upper West Side. Definitely will be returning. Upon checking in, we were greeted by Debra. She made us feel welcome and was very friendly. We showed up 3 hours prior to our check-in time and she was very accommodating."

"The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, the amenities left a lot to be desired. There was no iron in the room, no washcloths were provided, and the ice machine on the 17th floor wasn't working. To make matters worse, the refrigerator wasn't cold or didn't seem to be working at all. Between the lack of ice and the warm refrigerator, I couldn't keep my fruit or drinks cold, which was very inconvenient. While the staff was pleasant, the condition of the room and...

"$15/day credit doesn't roll over or go far in the expensive market and watch out for NY taxes which are about the cost of the items usual price. Also $50 hotel fee per night in fine print. Location is great."

"The room was clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable, I loved the tall mirror in the room and the shower was huge. The only downside was that it did not include a continental breakfast with the coffee but there were so many restaurants so close to the hotel within a couple minutes of walking."

"The room was fine. I expected small but there wasn’t enough space or hooks for storing luggage and clothing. There is no ice and no refrigerator. It is ok given the price point."

"The NoblDen Hotel was amazing! I would definitely stay here again when visiting NYC. It was close to Little Italy, ChinaTown, SOHO, and a great spot from which to navigate Manhattan. The rooms were so clean, comfortable, and it was awesome to have a balcony and the rooftop to see the city. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful! Highly recommend!"
