"The front desk staff was amazing and helpful however the staff for housekeeping and guest services were lacking. The room I ordered was 2 twin beds but instead I got a room with 1 bed. Had to wait until it was sorted out which delayed my reservation for dinner."

"Excellent location. The staff was fabulous. However, the rooms are TINY. We had no coffee maker. The bathrooms - the toilet seats were loose and the doors are frosted so if you use it at night the whole room is lit up. The onsite restaurant has good food. And the seal around our window was missing so the outside noise was loud."

"Great spot to stay. We loved their 2nd floor lounge which made for a great spot to hang out and watch the world cup matches! Cool rooms and bathrooms"

"Rooms were poorly maintained and falling apart. Dirty and the elevators were constantly having operational issues. Very poor connectivity and WiFi. Very far from any trains. They charge you to hold your baggage, something very basic and free even across NYC. Wouldn’t return or recommend."
