"I doubt I’ll book again. We have been to Anaheim many times and stayed at a variety of hotels. I wanted to stay at a “luxury” hotel this time around. Roughly 10 days before we went, i received a cancellation of a dinner reservation at the roof top bar I made in advance. I called and was informed the hotel had suddenly been sold. I was concerned this would affect the stay and called but was assured it would not. It did. Check in was polite but lacked even the most basic of information- elevator...

"Great hotel and location. The staff was helpful and friendly. Wish that the restaurant / bar was open but able to go across the street to the hotel fera for those amenities. Nice buffet breakfast in the morning but wish it ran until 10 am. We plan to stay here again. "

"location of the hotel is great, very close to Disneyland. Room is big and front desk staff were friendly. Only probably I had was no one tidied up our beddings the second night of our stay. They only left a few towels by the coffee machine and took our garbage away… also water pressure is low with the shower."
