"Quest Palmerston is an amazing place to stay (especially if you have a dog). The rooms are immaculately clean, the staff are wonderful and very helpful and the location is close to everything you could possibly need in walking distance. The stand out is the level of care the staff give their guests. Not only was I able to extend multiple times and requested late check out, nothing was a problem for them. "How would you feel if you drove more than three hours after a heavy 8 hour shift so you could wake up refreshed and catch a 6 AM flight only to be woken up after 2 hours by horrendous loud plumbing noises "

"The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. This hopefully will update rooms, facilities and overall presentation that at the moment it is lacking. The staff were respectful, kind and helpful, but they are dealing with not only the current disruption, but also guests reactions and issues. I would visit again once the current renovations has been completed. "
