"Our room was great and close to the city and the Melbourne Market. It was easy for us to park at Wilson Carpark only 2 doors away. We requested to get an early check in and that was easy too. Our host Ollie was there to meet us and explain the process with keys and how to get in after hours. Very happy with our choice. "

"Property sent email and sms message which stated that reception hours were till 6pm on Sat and this written on the door but when we requested to leave our bags till 6,we told that they closed at 5pm and we would have to be back before that time .Apartment was lacking in that there no coffee pods,no milk,no shampoo and conditioner or tea towel.Extra towels for use at pool and tea towel were supplied when we requested them by friendly reception staff who also supplied information on trams ad best...

"Walking distance to markets ,schools, malls , ofc and tram station!"

"Stayed 1 night in Melbourne CBD. Had water leaking from upstairs room through the led downlight. Maintenance came in and removed the downlight and put a cup in its place. The following morning, cup overfilled and spilt onto friend whilst they were getting ready. Pull out sofa bed was also damaged upon arrival."

"Location great Couldn’t access the pool, think it’s only available for permanent guests. Got stuck in lift for half hour 😳"

"Great room however very little to no natural light felt like we were in the dungeon. The outside area was dirty and a mess if they cleared and cleaned the area it would be nice to sit out there and have a cuppa. Otherwise everything else was great."
