"I’m normally a Marriott guy but would stay here ina heartbeat again. Beats any of the courtyard, Fairfield, and spring hill brands. Upgraded room amenities like towels, bedding, etc. it’s a converted motel but they did such a nice job with it. Great value and location to campus."

"Kiva was a great stay for the weekend! We had a clean room with plenty of towels. We appreciated the second entrance to the parking lot. We had a room close to the lobby, which was a little noisy even after 10 pm quit hours; not a deal breaker, but if you have an early bedtime or are a light sleeper, I'd recommend requesting a room farther from the lobby! Easy access to the highway and 5-10 minutes from Old Town/Downtown. Overall, a decent stay!"

"We booked here because of the indoor pool and spa. Our grandkids lived there pool but it certainly needs cleaning/maintenance and the spa was very hot with no way to regulate it. We were there in the evening and the interior lights weren’t on. The room was decent but the mattress was absolutely one of the worst. Very uncomfortable, no support. There was also no working exhaust in the small ex/shower room. Free breakfast was one Star. They did have free water and coffee accessible in the lobby....

"I stayed at this location a year ago and while it was a little on the rundown appearance wise, the property and room were clean so when I returned to the area this year, I chose to stay again since it was decent for the money and all we were doing was essentially sleeping there. This time, the property and room were terrible. The hallways had a funky smell from the time you walked in and the room appeared to have maybe a mere wipe down (definitely not deep cleaned) as there was huge build ups...
