"This hotel is very convenient for downtown Topeka and is walking distance to the capitol. The free breakfast was good. My room was clean. However, the hotel is not in the best condition and the public areas including the hallways were run down and dirty. This hotel is in need of a major renovation."

"We booked a last minute stay after we checked out of another hotel in town where we had a terrible experience with our room. We should have just booked SpringHill to begin with.
