"Nice place staff was great"

"First room the shower faucet wouldn't stay in place and kept falling so the water was scaulding. Also, our air conditioner leaked making the carpet wet, then stopped working. Moved to another room and the bathroom floor tile was broken and hazardous. The rooms were cleaned, just in need of repairs."

"This facility was clean and well maintained: the gym was really nice and everything worked, the roos were clean top to bottom (Baseboards, caulking in bathroom- so wel taken care of). "Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in."

"The av seemed to be out in the actual hotel, the room was fine. Rooms were smaller than the average hotel room. Pool light was hanging out of the pool. And the room smelt like smoke even though it wasn’t a smoking room"

"I was really disappointed with my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express. I usually love staying at this brand, which made this visit even more frustrating. "The room and the hotel itself was fine, great even! However staff were not helpful at all. I had tried calling the hotel before i checked in because we needed to add an extra day to our stay. No one ever answered the phone. Then, when we got there in the evening the guy at the front desk said that we would need to check out in the morning to rebook our room. "Not too much parking but I was able to park in the back right by the back entrance. Once I had my key card, I was able to get to my car easily and staff was so kind helping me find a couple of things I needed. They even helped make sure I had the same room because I booked two nights separately. Thank you so much! "

"Joe at check in was great. The rest was horrible. The hot tub was filled in with cement. The pool was cloudy like a dead body may be in the bottom. The pool gate lock was cut off and the gate itself was rusty and sharp edged. The side entrance door had no lock so any methhead could enter the propped open door 24x7. "Clean room and very friendly and helpful staff"

"No receipt was given to me when I had to check out early. We got there and there was a sign smoking 25ft from the door and someone was smoking next to the door and well as in there room on the third floor. Was kept up from running foot steps from the floor above me. Shower had a used soap and toothpick on top."

"I rented a room for two nites and the first nite, all my tools were stolen off my trailer. And when I inquired about looking at the security footage, I was told that my vehicle was about to be towed if I didn't move it and was basically ignored on the security footage. There is nothing to really accommodate anyone pulling a trailer when it comes to parking either. Totally unsatisfied with my stay and experience there."
