I was told I would have to work directly with the property to get it back. I explained I called the property and they wouldn’t even answer so I could retrieve the item. "Made a reservation for 2 nights for my dad. I called them around 9pm to let them know that he will be late for check in and won’t get there until midnight. The staff I spoke to on the phone was very rude and was telling me I need to update my card because there wasn’t enough money on it even though I clicked pay in property. "We did book through an online alternate site vs directly so dinner make a difference? we were given a handicapped room which we didn’t request. But no problem with that- had nice feature such as door peek hole at right level, large bathroom. But room condition was just ok. Toilet bowl didn’t leak but had cracks, shampoo & crème rinse was in tiny packets vs more eco friendly bottles attached to shower. "Filthy, and it was definitely NOT a non-smoking room. I cleaned the entire room and bathroom myself and used my own linens. You have to go to the front desk to get fresh towels or toilet paper, not a maid in sight the entire week I was there, and you have to take your trash out to the trash cans. The only reason I stayed is because they don't charge for pets. "
