"Awesome hotel, love staying there every time we visit Texas"

"When I arrived the parking lot was full of shady people drinking by their cars. When I went up to my second floor room, there was a very strong cleaning chemical smell that gave me a headache. Then around 4:50am there was someone tapping on my room window and door. I refused to open the door but couldn’t see anyone through the peep hole or window. This persisted for about 15 mins and then stopped. When I called the front office, nobody answered. It felt like someone was trying to get me to open the door, but I wouldn’t. I had payed for 2 nights through Expedia but checked out after only 1 night. I notified the staff about my experience and the guy told me I could leave but I would have to email the property owner to see if they would refund my second night. I emailed but got no response. Overall this was a terrible experience with very unhelpful staff. I don’t recommend staying here. It also felt very unsafe."

"Stayed for my birthday and when I arrived everyone i dealt with was friendly and nice very helpful ! Once I got to my room the staff had placed balloons all around my room with a birthday card ! It was everything. Oh and the view was spectacular. Definitely will stay again"

"front desk personnel were very polite and wonderful upon checkin and checkout. Place was clean. AC didn't cool quite as expected (and I did not mention/complain to front desk). All was great. Stayed there before when there for business and will stay again. parking was super easy !"

"Staff was very nice, very helpful and courteous. Restaurant was excellent; The $19 burger was outstanding! Well worth the price. Banquet services for convention dinner was good, as convention banquet dinners go, and again the help and service was kind and polite. I enjoyed mu stay."

"Clean hotel and great staff, except they never answered the phone the 8 times called, and the ac heating didn't work in the freezing room. Also the water was freezing and never heated up. They will be on the phone immediately to charge you for a late departure though"
