"When we arrived, there was no record of our booking. The owner came to speak with us and indicated that they do NOT WORK WITH EXPEDIA for bookings and had no record of a reservation. We reached out to Expedia via chat and they said they could not refund our full stay because the date of the first night of the stay was less than 24 hours away.
