The hotel facilities was fine and location as well. However they were very inefficient when it came to resolve the issues with the room. The first night there was no cold water, they came an closed the hot water instead of accomodating me into another room. The second day they had no hot or warm water due tk the fact that they didnt fix the hot water issue. On the third day they still could not fix the issue and left a mess in the shower and finally decided to change my room. Very dissapointed to have stayed in a property where they inhouse service was horrrible.
