"The property is elegant and brand new. We loved everything. Beautiful view of Mt Etna, well maintained pool, grounds and the food is amazing at the restaurant onsite. Price is unbeatable. Breakfast is amazingly set up. It is wonderful value. We highly recommend it."
"Only one word can describe the beauty of this place: Paradise with a lot of Angels (people who works in the structure) around you. The suite is amazing and unbelievably spacious. The light dinner and the breakfast are really very good. Remember to eat “l’uovo del contadino” at breakfast. Great Spa. "If I could give La Cavenera Etnae more than 5* I would. We stayed here for one night for my 30th birthday and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We did the Eruption wine tasting and Roberto was so knowledgeable and exciting to listen to. I had the fish menu and my partner the meat and both options were absolutely incredible. The facilities are beautiful, the pool and vineyard walks are so peaceful and relaxing. The room was super comfortable and clean. We will definitely come back!"
"This place was lovely, right on the slopes of mount Etna. Guiseppe and Louisa were fantastic hosts and were very friendly and helpful. Good set up of our apartment with separate living space to bedroom with lots of room. Only downside was small shower and no AC. On the day we were leaving they were quite happy for us to take our time as room was free for that day so woke up late and after sorting ourselves out we took a tour of the winery. "The resort was beautiful and very clean. The back drop of Mt Etna and the golf course made for incredible views. The wifi worked in all of yhe outdoor spaces and the spa was incredible. The outdoor wading pool made for a very relaxing afternoons and early evening."

"This hotel was a "wow" all around. The photos don't do it justice:
1) The area: the town it was in is super cute. Everyone knows one another in the area. Views of Etna were incredible. Just a very beautiful region of sicily.
2) The service: the front desk helped us book a helicopter tour of etna. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, it was fantastic!
3) Spa: Wow wow wow - beautiful turkish bath, and you get it all to yourself with the fee. My husband and I enjoyed this immensely!

"An incredible stay at Villa Neri for my wife and I. The room was large (Deluxe) and had one of the best bathrooms I had ever seen. The food at the Hotel is easily the best I have had at a hotel and deserving of a Michelin star. We were also very big fans of the hotel cats and their kittens and enjoyed seeing them treated well by staff.
