"It was cold in the room and the air con wasn’t working. Reported to a cleaner and was told the boss would be in to sorted it out at 6pm. 6:30pm no one turned up and the hotel has no front desk. In the end I slept in a cold room for the night. The experience was beyond appalling."

At 4am you want easy and on time. They were both. Also, the restaurant at the hotel is quite good and they are very nice. Wish all airport hotels were this good."
