Khách sạn Civitella Marittima

"One other guest we meet called it the hotel from hell, which somes it up properly. A very strange vibe in this hotel a cross between a murder mystery hotel and a soviet area spa. The staff need to learn how to smile and serve it's customers properly, only the breakfast lady was great. Hotel difficult to get to required 10 km detour, wifi available but without internet access!!!! Had to pay 30 euros per person per day to access the pools. The on-site restaurant was horrible and staff useless....

"This property is pristine. Absolutely beautiful with some of the best views in Tuscany. I would recommend this experience to anyone."

"From the moment we arrived to the time we left was excellent, the staff, the room, Breakfast, and pool were all very good, we reserved a table with them in the evening of which was also a lovely experience, on the whole its a lovely and most relaxing place to be. we definitely will return."

"Un'esperienza da ripetere assolutamente"

"Wunderschöne Anlage, tolles Personal. Abends unbedingt dort essen. Wir kommen wieder!"

"Absolutely amazing villa. So peaceful and beautiful. The staff was so attentive and friendly, helped with everything we needed. Plus the views of the vineyards from the villa was just perfect. The villa felt pristine. Everything perfectly crafted for an amazing stay. Couldn’t recommend it more."

"Unfortunately, our third night at this hotel completely changed our experience for the worse. We were staying in Room 16, and the guests in the room next door, Room 14, were talking extremely loudly, laughing, and shouting continuously until around 4:00 AM. The noise made it practically impossible for us to sleep. We tried calling the hotel’s after-hours number 4–5 times during the night, hoping someone could intervene, but nobody answered. This was extremely frustrating. If an after-hours...

"Beautiful and quiet property, clean rooms, pool with stunning views. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast."

"Stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon and it was an incredible experience. The view is simply breathtaking and the castle is extremely charming. Food (breakfast and diner) and wine at the restaurants are high quality, inspired and locally sourced, though expensive. Their Brunello is VERY good. The thermal spa experience is unique in the region and is awsome, especially during the fall season when it is cooler outside. The room was super clean and the staff was very helpful throughout the entire...

"AMAZING hotel, I cannot stress enough how insanely perfect our whole experience and stay was. Truly something magical and something you have to experience for yourself to understand."

"Beautiful property and breathtaking views, but the overall service was disappointing and not what I would expect given the rate we paid per night. 1) Basic amenities were repeatedly missing. Hand soap and body lotion were not provided at check-in. Despite requesting body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion multiple times from different staff, they were not replenished. One evening at 10pm, there was still no body wash for three guests. 2) Wi-Fi did not work. We were given 2–3...

"Incrível, para desligar do mundo estressante e curtir a natureza, cerejas deliciosas ao alcance da mão, jantar estrelado, para dar inveja a qualquer Michelin 3 estrelas, certamente voltaremos em 2027🍀🍀🍀🇮🇹🎯"

"Michele and Sara are awesome. Michele greeted us and got us settled in. He provided local information on things to see, do and places to eat. We were extremely happy with our room. It was unique and well appointed. They had a small tray with biscotti and an Italian liquor waiting for us. Shower was hot. Bathroom great and well lit. Bed was very comfortable and the best pillows I had found in Italy. It is located in a centuries old palace. The room had some of the original stone exposed which...

"Beautiful property and five star service. We loved everything about our stay!"

"All Team members @ this Hotel were welcoming, professional & friendly. The Hotel has a restaurant on-site that provides you with a wonderful dining experience. We got upgraded on our arrival which was such a wonderful perk. Thank you to Palazzo Saloni & Montalcino for the wonderful memories!"
