"We really enjoyed our stay. I wish they would’ve had dressers to put clothes in, or at least somewhere to put the suitcase besides the floor. The roof did leak over the bed and got the bed and pillows wet, so we moved to the other room."

"Great room and nice people. A little older and Ac unit vs central air not effective at cooling the whole unit and there’s no elevator and we had a 3rd floor room. If it had cost more I might’ve been bugged. Also the gym isn’t open till 9 am and hot tub closes at 8:45.
But great great for the price."
"So this Motel is under new ownership and I guess the new owner is trying to renovate the place so there seems to be a lot of work going on there. With that being said, I definitely didn’t enjoy the early morning hammering going on. Another point I’d like to raise awareness to is the whole $3 per day that is due at the property after you’ve already prepaid for the room. So we booked the room for 5 nights, paid in advance and we then received our receipt that clearly stated that we still would need to pay the additional $15 to the property at check in which was payable in cash or card. But upon arrival we were then informed that the didn’t take cash at all and the amount owed still was actually $50 and not the $15 that our receipt said. It’s still okay value even with the additional mark up but it’s definitely not the best value in the area. Shop around and you’ll find a hidden Jem located about a mile away from this place."

"Central location if you have a wedding near Estacada or nearby. Rooms are big and clean (we had a king room). View is of the river and there are also blackout shades. Bed/sheets were really clean and cozy. Breakfast in the morning with a fresh made to order coffee machine was a plus. Staff is friendly."
