"The listing said there was a playground on site and there was no playground. This was the main reason I choose this place. The front step was broken, so almost tripped a few times. There were no garbage bags and on 1/10 of a roll of toilet paper (not enough for 4 days). When I called they said they’d bring some out and they never did. It smelled. The temperature in the shower when from cold to hot fast. Beds were not comfortable. "

"After a long drive to get there it was lovely to dump the cases and get into the hot tub. The accommodation was better than expected and we both enjoyed our stay there. We were told that the drive was a wee bit tight but other than that, no issues"

"Beautiful country property. Very hard to find."

"Ideal location with charming village area nearby. Easy walk to local pub and to the water. Flat was spacious and well equipped; but could have used a bit more maintenance and some air freshener (near the sea, so a bit of a damp, musty smell). It was a bit farther from central Edinburg (~40 min) than I had expected; but the quaint village feel of the area was well worth the few extra minutes drive. All in all a nice place to support local sight seeing and day trips."

"This is a quiet country like cottage. Owners are not maintaining the property, grass was long and unkept, kitchen had greasy walls, dirty blinds. The main bedroom had an ant infestation. I had to was raid to kill the nest under the window. The driveway backs on to an abandoned building that has garbage piles. The main road that the hohae is on is like a race track, lots of loud cars roaring by. Kitchen has a poor amount of glasses to drink from. Very dirty, especially when they charge a...

"Beautiful cottage ideal for our family break for new year. Lovely and homely cottage, well equipped and had everything we needed. Would 100% stay here again."

"What an amazing property. A real hidden gem. Property was much larger and more spacious than I expected from the listing. Social living areas downstairs were just fabulous and bedroom spaces upstairs were great. A couple of the bedrooms a bit rough round the edges however all bedrooms nice and clean. "Cheryl was great and easy to communicate with. She was happy to meet us at our check in time and her place was gorgeous. Super clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable sleep with all the amenities, and right in the centre of town. "

"This is a 2-bedroom lodge with a kitchen/living area and bathroom. It is in a community of several lodges, some holiday lets, and some homes. The lodge had everything we needed for a 6-day stay. We found exactly what we needed for day-tripping and we would return if we were back in that area"

"Lovely, quiet, relaxing stay. Very clean. Property has a high quality finish. Has free Wi-Fi, very useful for Wi-Fi calling / messages etc as some mobile carriers may not get a good signal in area. HDMI cables etc provided to connect for example an Apple TV box to watch on demand tv channels. Loved the snug for reading books and enjoying the view."
