"The apartment was really nice and had fantastic views. I woke up every morning and saw whales breaching in the far distance, which was very exciting. It is currently whale season. Binocular wouod be great to take. They were mostly far out but it was super exciting. Out the lounge room window, you could see the river. The accommodation was about 1 minute walk to the beach. "Had a wonderful stay. The location was great! Very close to everything inc shops, restaurants and transport. We stayed 7 nights and only had one set of towels Having a couple of sets of towels for the bathroom and kitchen would be ideal as they do not service the apartment if you stay less than eight day. Reception hours are limited so be sure to ask during their hours or you’ll miss them when your busy out and about. "

"With the poor score on communication, it wasn't explained that the reception would be closed at 1pm Saturday and Sunday. We had an email asking us what time would we be there - we said before 3-4pm. On arrival we went early and filled out the check in and stored bags, advised we would get a call when the room was ready but no call. Only to come back at 3pm to find we were locked out and needed to contact afterhours and give informaiton about our stay to someone on the phone. Recommend this...

"A short walk to central Surfers Paradise. Plenty of street parking for our visitors and free parking for guests. Clean, well presented, nice staff, excellent price. Photos represented apartment well. There was a construction site nearby which did not trouble us with noise. The lobby looks like it used yo have a bar and dining but doesnt seem to be operating at the moment. Lifts were all operational and quick. Little balcony was great and could see the ocean. For the price, excellent value. "
