"Fabulous resort - we stay there every chance we get!"

"The view is phenomenal, we enjoyed every minute. No cooking in the room however there is a fridge and microwave along with plates, glasses, cups, etc. Tranquility is offered here especially this time of year late April. THE STAFF DEFINITELY CARES ABOUT HOSPITALITY! "

"The breakfast was ok. Eggs, bacon,sausage sometimes biscuits. No potatoes or grits. Cereals, muffins and bread for toast. Juice, coffee and yogurt. The coffee was very weak to the point that I could taste the cream over the coffee even after a staff member changed it. Otherwise it was ok."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Cedars. Host was super friendly and breakfast was always delicious. Room was clean. The only thing that I think needs attention was our bathroom. The shower could use a good spray for mildew and the drain cover is not attached to anything. But other than that I would recommend this place."

"The hotel really needs to invest in another set of elevators. It only has two small cars in the center court and when everyone checks out at the same time, the wait times are quite long. There are two others, one on each wing, but they are not as convenient as the mail lobby elevators. Also, the chose to clean the only male bathroom/showers in the water park just as we were planning to leave. Bathrooms/showers were closed for more than an hour. It's good to know they clean the facilities,...

"Nice for a family get away."

"It is a great hotel for families with children. We stayed there a few days and had a pleasant experience. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool, and we took advantage of a summer weather and used the outdoor pool. The hotel is near the Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown. We used the EV charging station at the hotel to get to points of interest. "

"Staff was great, very friendly. Everything was very clean - rooms, bathrooms, dining area, etc. and all of the basic essentials were supplied (soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer). They gave us each a bottle of water at check in which was nice and the pool area looked nice, we just never had time to enjoy it because we were busy. Breakfast was great - a good selection of items and everything was yummy. The elevators and hallways are stuffy and have an odd smell, probably because the room air...
