"Lovely well equipped place. Beautiful view and great restaurant downstairs. For some reason the shower didn’t have much hot water, although taps did. Management said they would look at it. "

And I wasn't even sure that I was at the right property upon pulling into the parking lot so I drove around the back and it looked like Armageddon… So unkempt… Debris everywhere apparently they are redoing the rooms but to leave the back of the building looking like that is unacceptable. "Everything about this place was great except for one thing. The wifi was horrible! This hotel needs to invest in better Wi-Fi for its guests. Since there is no cell service, Wi-Fi would be helpful for guests so they can make Wi-Fi calls and work on their computers."

"No really a family place to stay, maybe just for a couple, but still it’s ok if you can’t afford a better place."

"Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!"

"We travel to Williamsburg usually once a month. As long as there are rooms available we stay at the Patriots Inn. Staff is always friendly and rooms are always clean."

"Great pet friendly place! Plenty of grass area to walk your dogs. My husband and I visit Williamsburg often to go to Busch Gardens with our mini doodle, and we always stay here. Decent breakfast, but very tiny coffee cups. Elevator is super slow, so we normally take the stairs. The staff has always been super friendly, and helpful when needed. Overall, they do a nice job of keeping everything clean. Definitely could use some updates and repairs in certain areas, but we always enjoy our stay."

"The room was super clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff keeps refilling the food and drinks for guest. The location was very convenient to places like gas station, stores and fast food. We walked to get snacks, drinks and items we forgot to bring."

"Lots of great ameniites from kitchen items, dishes, and seating in our large room to outdoor mini golf, table tennis, basketball and tennis courts and an outdoor fire pit. Beautiful setting."

"This has to be the best value in the area and one of the nicest options. The room was spotless and thoughtfully designed. Bed and pillows comfy, big TV with lots of channels, working fridge and microwave. Shower pressure was ok (OK is a high standard to meet in hotels), but most important the tub and shower was newer/clean. The Dove soap products were great. The lobby is comfy, breakfast was good, and the staff was super nice. They had fresh coffee machines in the lobby and a snack/convenience...
