Attended the New Years Eve party...meal was excellent, bar service horrible..they should open their other bar inside casino & more bartenders for a crowd that big! 2nd year we attended this event ..buffet excellent, band excellent but they need to improve bar sevice & should have known this with the amount of people prebooked! "

"We have stayed here several times and have always felt safe,comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. Although the menu items are the same (cereal, toast, waffles, eggs,bacon and sausages, yogurt and a couple of fruits) the food is always hot and waffle mix pre-measured. Just wish maybe breakfast potatoes were available. Plenty of parking. Parking spots were plowed and walkways were kept clear during the snow fall. Very welcoming and staff is attentive. We only had one issue where the new...

"The hotel is charming. It feels like an old-fashioned luxury hotel from the early 1900s. Each room has comfortable furniture and a fireplace! The downtown location is excellent for strolling. There are many restaurants in the area. The main downside is the lack of parking (again, much like an older hotel). We had free parking at a nearby lot because it was the holiday season, but I don't know what it would be like in the summer."

"Really nice staff, they even left us a little gift for christmas on our doors, and they had hot chocolate in the lobby, the place was clean and was very good considering the price i paid. the pool area was incredible."

"The room was ready early! Which was a nice treat! Everything was very clean. We had lunch and dinner at the casino. Borh were great. The covered parking lot was nice so we didnt have to clean our car off when we went out. We went for breakfast elsewhere, so we can't really rate the breakfast. "
