"Soap and shampoo poor quality/quantity. No response for light bulb replacement. Breakfast not as advertised. satisfactory for budget minded people."

"The location was great to get between Camden and Rockland. The front desk staff were so nice and there was actually good coffee in the lobby! This is an older hotel, which I don't mind as long as they're clean. This one we could tell they'd cleaned the bed, but the rest of the room was lacking. There was candy on the floor and hair in the shower drain. For the price, I think it's worth one night. We didn't have any issues otherwise."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Rockland Talbot House. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very, very comfortable. The property is a beautiful, well kept house from the 1800's with lots of character and original pieces. The Inn has a wonderful coffee machine with hot lattes, cereal, oatmeal, muffins and other pastries for breakfast as well as fresh fruit, juices and yogurt. The Rockland Talbot House is only a few blocks away from downtown Rockland and for those of you who love...

"This place is cute and very clean. Breakfast was nice with a few choices. This was not in the heart of town but I knew that. Going in to Camden was not far and a beautiful drive. We liked both areas and the room."

"Beautiful inn and nice breakfast. Very helpful and hospitable hosts. Keep in mind that the bed in room 7 is quite small for a couple. The amenities, soaps and shampoos were tiny and not good quality. If those were upgraded, I would have given it a 5 star."

"Loved, loved, loved it! Right downtown Camden. We walked to the Grand Harbor Inn for supper looking over the harbor then on to the Camden Cove for Ice Cream. We walked back licking our ice cream cones. The unit was super clean, the beds were comfy, and the shower was hot! We had a continental breakfast the next morning in the kitchen (avocado toast) while chatting with another guest. We totally recommend this place!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. However the aircon was too loud and l left it off mostly for that reason. I was unable to adjust the speed. Also, although new, the noise of the room refrigerator was noticeable. It ran for 8 mins every 25 mins and was somewhat disturbing throughout the night. The other amenities were great, ie the cafe, fitness area and pool/ sauna.."
