"Check in was a little rough but the rest of the stay was very nice and the staff the next morning was awesome! Great breakfast too!"

"It was cost effective but..... cleanliness was a major concern. Chairs in room were stained, comforter was soiled, questioned if fresh sheets were used, pillows need replacement, bathroom needed upkeep. For a non smoking room, air freshener would help. Hallways were too dark in daylight."

The description said the room had a king size bed with a pullout sofa bed and that free rollaways were available. I booked the room for three adults. When I arrived I discovered the room had no sofa bed and that the hotel did not have rollaways."
