"A very nice modern cottage close to Holworthy. The cottage is spacious and equipped with all tools you require for a good holiday. There are 2 sleeping rooms, separated by a corridor and living/diningroom, with both a bathroom en-suite. One has a kingbed and the other a double bed. The terras is equipped with bbq, jacuzzi and sitting area. There is safe dishwater for outside, for inside there is sufficient kitchenware. The living room is spacious and has a nice fireplace. "Das Cottage ist teil einer kleinen Schaffarm. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Cottage ist sehr modern jedoch gemütlich eingerichtet mit jeglichem Komfort wie Wasch und Spülmaschine. Es liegt etwas abseits und der Weg zur Farm ist etwas rau aber wenn man eine ruhige Lage sucht ist man hier goldrichtig. Eine absolute Empfehlung wenn man das wundervolle Cornwall erkunden will und einen gemütlichen ruhigen Rückzugsort zur Erhohlung sucht."

"We stayed at Waterland Farm as a family of 9 (plus 1 dog) for a long weekend break and it was brilliant. The house is very spacious with lots of facilities, including a toy room for the kids, a PS /x-box and old-school vinyl record player. The outdoor area is massive and the kids loved the football goal and playground. As it states the field isn’t secure for a dog as there are open areas but she still enjoyed a run around. Overall a great place to stay and we would return! "

"What a gem of a Property - absolutely perfect We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly return again. You do need a car to be able to get out and about and explore the lovely area, we managed to get to Truro (Healeys Cider Farm)/Perranporth, Boscastle and Instow (perfect for our dogs, who enjoyed the run on the beach) and all within about an hour away and then you come back to a very comfortable property, at the end of your day to relax and unwind. Would certainly recommend. "
