"We had a phenomenal experience with the general manager Lisa and her chef. Very hospitable and knowledgeable for the downtown St Augustine area. You felt like you're at home and they made you feel very comfortable and the place was immaculate. I highly recommend staying here. We wish we had an extra day. We will definitely come back. Parking was also easy and an added bonus."

"Breakfast was fabulous as was the location. Easy 5 minutes or less walk to a lot of attractions. Nice welcome email with door codes and WiFi password. The front door code wasn’t working so I could not access the interior of the building. I called the number on the front door and Kim talked me thru an alternate way to access my room. It was fixed by the night before I checked out. The B and B was recently purchased by new owners who I’m sure are working out some stuff. I would stay here again....

"Breakfast was less than average. It is not to order you get what they are serving. It was crepe with fruit cocktail in it, literally must have been canned fruit cocktail. Then scrambled eggs on sausage and one bacon and potatoes none of which were good. The room was clean but the pillows and bed were very hard and the bathroom was so tiny. I know its and old building but the restaurant and bar area needs the carpet replaced and an old sofa removed and replaced as it smells musty. We did not...
