"I booked this motel a few months ago and the staff was great, my kitchen was stocked with essentials and the room was clean. When I returned for work again I booked the same type of room but I wasn’t put in a room with the kitchen essentials though that is what I paid for. The room was not very clean-there were crumbs on the floor and the shower floor was brown and dirty looking. Not to mention something very dirty on the wall in the bathroom where the light switch is. "Omg I stayed here the end of April for just a 3 day trip, had to change rooms 4txs, one was not what I booked, the other later found out had no electricity, third the ac didn’t work and lastly finally had one but then the key wld work sometimes. Omg I saw roaches, vomit on the walk way. The staff was ok but so disorganized. Wld never stay here again "

"Very outdated room furniture,bed,shower,toilet,desk,seat,shower curtain, no ac at the restaurant for breakfast. Poor maintenance on the room and many other areas."

"Good buffet (food was fresh), bacon and sausages properly cooked. Hash browns too. We had a room for 3: bathroom suitable for 2, not 3 (need place to hang towels). Showers need more grab bars for handicapped people (I am older and have balance issues; a horizontal grab bar would have been helpful. A notepad and pen would have been appreciated. Everything else was good. "
