"They offer a shuttle to downtown for a small fee. It was very convenient"

"We were disappointed that they did not have a continental breakfast. The restaurant was very small and did not offer much except cuban or something along that line that we don't eat. Room doors were very hard to open, stuck. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Amenities were not good. Used what we brought. Coffee was not replenished by housekeeping."

"Website said free WiFi in room, (did not have it) DVD player in room, (was not & couldn’t get one) in room coffee maker, (had to go to lobby to get it) the A/C was awful. Either you froze or burned up. Even the toilet seat was so loose you felt like you were being slung into bathtub. I paid for two nights, but left the next morning I was so disgusted. The girl at the desk said I wouldn’t be charged for 2nd night but I was."

"I enjoyed my stay, everyone was really nice and helpful. The morning staff was extremely nice. I don't remember all of their names but Joseph was very kind and the o the lady that was cleaning the breakfast area. The gentleman making the omelettes was very friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean. It's an older establishment but still well kept."

"We had our pet with us. Their policy didn’t allow us to leave him alone in our room at any time and wasn’t allowed in the pool area. Accordingly we could not use the pool, spa, exercise room, etc. Very disappointed in this as our dog is well behaved and our room was next to the pool and should there have been any problem we would have instantly been aware of it. We will look next time for a more pet friendly accommodation."
