"I checked in and checked out within the first hour. 1. The room. Smelled of cigarettes even though I reserved a non smoking room. 2. There was graffiti on the bathroom window and the privacy barrier had holes in it. 3. The weather stripping was missing from the door, 4. The furniture was moist and had cigarette ashes and smelled of mold. 5. There were people with young children smoking illegal substances infront of the door. 6. We were given a second room and the invasion bar on...

"I was given a king suite on the top floor of the second building. The stairs up to it were rickety and when I opened the door to the room bugs scattered. The floors hadn't been cleaned and there were live and dead bugs in the bathroom as well. I asked for a different room and it was in the other building. It was better, but there were still a few roaches and the ceiling was dropping bits of plaster."

"Staff friendly and helpful"

"Didn't have my reservation. Room wasn't clean, probably wasn't cleaned for months. Toilet full of gray mold, hair in tub, scrunchy on tub, floor had soft spot, not upkept."
