"The room was clean. Staff was friendly. I didn't eat the breakfast there nor did I park."

"Wish I could upload pictures. Bathroom shower mold everywhere, ventilation on wall covered in dirt and hair!!! Smell of mold in the air. Fire alarm missing covers, lamps not working. Disappointed to call this an Embassy experience! Get it together Birmingham!"

"The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the lighting in the room. There were only small lamps for lighting and it made placing and locating small items very difficult. With the drapes closed, the room was very dark."

"We stayed for two nights, everything was super clean, the furniture was modern and tasteful very comfortable. The 14.99 breakfast buffet was not great, the service was excellent. Coffee after 3 pm was cold. For a Hilton I was expecting fresh breakfast made to order instead of a premade one. The accessible room was down the hall having to walk further down to and from the elevator."
