"Stayed at Holiday Inn Tampa Westshore and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. The room felt much more dated than what was shown in the photos. The biggest issue was that we had no hot water for our entire 3-day stay. Maintenance came by but didn’t actually fix anything, so the problem was never resolved. "This is the first time I stayed in this hotel because of BTS and by far the best. We arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, even though the check-in was 3 pm, they accommodated us with no questions asked. They also have a BTS banner and photo booth to welcome guests attending the concert which was amazing and sweet. They provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa or you will just request and they will bring you anywhere you want to go. They also gave us a ride to the concert...
