"Rooms were just beautifully renovated. Absolutely adored the new designs! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even swapped my room so I could be next to who I was vacationing with. The only thing I would have to say that could improve just a tad. Was if the hotel also offered free breakfast for occupants. "

"It was a very cold night, the heater didn’t work and there were no blankets. Just a top sheet. Tiny cushions for pillows. No sofa/love seat, just two plastic chairs. Walls missing paint, headboard ripped. Needs major renovation. Also heavy traffic noise. "

"The hotel is run down and desk staff was not clear on protocol when changing reservations. Various items in room did not work and although maintenance was notified no one came to fix and there was no follow up to confirm if it was taken care of. "
