"Cute, cozy, and well decorated little cabins on a nice campground-style location. We really enjoyed our weekend here, and both Gretchen and Roger were warm, friendly, welcoming hosts. There is a chicken coop with about a dozen friendly, well-behaved hens that roam the property and love checking out the human visitors. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a lttle getaway near Greers Ferry Lake or a unique "off the beaten path" experience in central Arkansas."

"The property is situated in a valley so has no wifi or cable. there are 2 tvs, so if you want to watch a movie, bring a dvd or blueray player. The stairs going to the loft are very steep, so be careful. Overall, the home is gorgeous, very comfortable beds, the water pressure was good. the property runs with septic, so be mindful of that if you have several people showering and/or doing laundry."
