"The staff was so kind! They helped us at every turn. They even sent someone to pick us and our luggage up when we were dropped off at the wrong hotel a few blocks away. This hotel is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. I am vegitarian and there was pleanty for me to eat!"

"We didn’t know until we arrived that the hotel had a dinosaur theme. Great if you have kids that like dinosaurs. The breakfast bar had more choices than we were expecting. It was great each day we had it. The staff was very polite and helpful as well!"

"The staff was friendly, but we didn't get room service any of the days we stayed (we were there 4 nights and did not ever have a do not disturb sign on the door). By the third day we were promised our room would get cleaned but it never did. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, the pool was indoor and nice."

"Good location, staff is super helpful, and the pool/hot tub was nice. My complaint is the breakfast. Very few options during the week vs weekend and also not a lot of condiments."

"We called earlier in the day to say we'd be a late arrival. Arrived, and lobby was dark and no one there. Called phone 500 many times for assistance. rang several times with no answer. Called in am. Spoke with gentleman, same as the day before. He apologized and accepted canceling reservation with refund. It's been 4 days since contact. Have not seen pending credit on card yet. Will keep following up on it."

"The check in experience was truly amazing. They held our bags with numbered tags and texted when our room was available. The continental breakfast was better than most. The only weird thing is that there wasn't an ice bucket in our room and aren't ice machines on every floor. An amazing location. Walkable to dining and shopping and a super quick drive to Red Rocks and Golden."
