"Stayed one night as visiting for Strictly Live at The Utilita (easy 5 min walk). First room had an overflowing loo but we were given an immediate change of room. Room very clean, beds very comfy and was quiet (Sunday evening). The window blind was broken so we couldn’t pull it up. Staff were good, Ken was exceptional and a real asset to the hotel. Breakfast was quiet (9.30am) and was very good. Excellent cappuccino. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Birmingham. Hotel Car park accessed from Tennant Steet not Broad Street. "
